What if I need to cancel?
Life gets busy and things change, I understand and ask that if you do need to cancel or request to reschedule that you do so as soon as possible. Respectfully, I do charge for cancellations within 48 hours.
How do you keep my information secure?
All information is held confidentially and in accordance with GDPR. I am a member of the ICO. Further information will be available in my working agreement when you decide to begin.
How do I make payment?
Payment is due 24 hours prior to each session via bank transfer. I will send an invoice each week.
Are you insured?
I am fully insured with a leading therapeutic insurer to ensure that the highly sensitive work I undertake is covered. I hold an enhanced DBS and am a member of a professional body to ensure you receive the highest standards of care.
How long do sessions last?
Sessions last 50 minutes and are designed to meet your specific needs.
How much is the fee?
Each session costs £70.
Where are you located?
Sessions are available in person on Castle Row, Canterbury, online via Google Meet, or a combination of both.
What do I do if I feel I need urgent help for my mental health?
This can be frightening and I am sorry you are feeling this way. Please know that you are not alone and there is help available. I do not offer crisis support, but you can dial 999 in an emergency or attend A&E. You can also call Samaritans on 116 123. If you are under 19, call 0800 1111 or you can speak to Childline.
